| Job Summary |
The Assistant Environmental Manager provides technical support on environmental matters including but not limited to the NEPA process, Phase I, II, remediation, and risk assessments. Assists Director of Environmental Services and Environmental Manager on day to day environmental matters for projects, as well as assists in all aspects of Development, Construction, Asset Management, Safety and Quality Control as they relate to environmental matters/issues/work. ▪ An excellent written and oral communications skill as it is necessary to deal with multiple business units, regulatory and government personnel.

| Responsibilities |
The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and skills required of personnel so classified. ▪ Assists in drafting consulting agreements and scopes of work for environmental consultants. ▪ Assists in coordination of and oversight of environmental consultants. ▪ Assists Environmental Manager and Environmental Director and Project Director in the management, review, approval and recommendations for the NEPA process, Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment and providing technical support to the all Business units on all environmental matters/issues, e.g.; Construction, Asset Management, Property Management, Development Managers, Safety, and Quality Control. ▪ Assists in development, oversight and training of project wide Operation & Maintenance and construction environmental management plans. ▪ Provide technical assistance to Environmental Manager and Environmental Director and Development Managers on Design and Construction as it relates to environmental matters. ▪ Assists Environmental Manager with reporting requirements to the Army, RCI, DoN, Air Force, Federal, State, and Local regulators. ▪ Assists each installation/project in obtaining, management and reporting for EPA generator number.

| Minimum Requirements |
▪ Bachelors Degree in Science or Engineering and or equivalent work experience ▪ Two to Five years experience in environmental reporting, and management in a development setting ▪ Strong organizational skills (conducts conference calls, multi tasks, etc.) ▪ Must have positive attitude ▪ Must be team oriented and self motivated ▪ Strong skills in communication both verbal and written, Excel and Environmental reporting software
